Chez Giovanni9 r Aristide Briand 64000 PAU
It's an Italian restaurant, not just a pizza joint, so you can have anti pasti and other Italian main dishes. Of course they also have delicious thin crust pizza. If you're still hungry and love chocolate, and vanilla ice-cream, I highly recommend having a Milano for desert. Chez Ruffethttp://www.restaurant-chezruffet.com/ One of the finest restaurants in the area, it is in both the Michelin and Gault & Millault restaurant guides. The modern french cuisine, the wine list and the atmosphere are out of this world. Of course the prices are not exactly for the faint of wallet. But for lunch during the week they apparently have menus starting at 25€, not including wine. The serving sizes are small, and the food tastes so good that at first you think you might still be hungry. But don't worry, by the time you get to the 7th or 8th course you'll be very happy.
